Clearlyte* if an acrylic electrophoretic lacquering system to provide a clear proctective coating on metal parts

The system deposits a lacquer coating by electrolysis from an aqueous solution and the parts are subsequently dried and heat cured to provide a hard clear acrylic finish

Clearlyte* can be applied over clean metal parts such as brass cabinet hardware or over electroplated parts to provide increased wear resistance or tarnish protection

At Silvergleam we use Clearlyte* to increase the wear resistance of gold plated parts and to provide tarnish resistance on silver plated parts
